Color Palette of the Year 2022-2023
Color inspiration comes in many forms, through both trends and instinct. Aquattromanos creates an annual color palette to connect our themes and projects throughout the year. We love freedom, but we also love the challenge of working inside the boundaries of a pleasing color palette. For our first year we decided to challenge ourselves by using bright, vibrant, neon colors that gradually fade to softer shades.
The importance of color
Experimenting with color combinations for us is important because it’s a tangible component of our signature. We know that colors help companies make the most informed decisions for their brands or products to gain a competitive edge. Trend colors are forecasted years prior to the public seeing them in the market. Businesses rely on these forecasts so their products can be manufactured to enter the market at just the right time.
According to WSGN; “Color has come to dominate many industries and when it comes to trend forecasting this is no different. Picking the hues which are going to be key two years ahead of season contributes massively to the overall product design process – influencing fashion, textile, technology and interior development.”
